Traditional impressions can be ruined if the patient moves, gags, or bleeds too much while having the impression taken. Have you wanted something even more accurate than stone models? Here at Lakeview Dental Lab we do have a better way: CEREC Connect.

CEREC Connect is a new technology using impressionless dentistry or optical impressions. It is exactly how it sounds. You take images of your patient's mouth with the CEREC Connect technology and send them right to Lakeview Dental Lab. You can call us and discuss the needs of the patient and the images while your patient is still in the chair. The CEREC Connect technology has features that will tell you if the images taken are accurate enough to use.

After sending us the images we can then order a model from inLab. These models are more accurate than using stone and impression trays. They can be used to make any sort of dental restoration including crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, and even implants. These models can be used with any material - zirconia, gold, and porcelain fused to metal.

One of the greatest features about CEREC Connect is that we can work with you wherever you are. Although Lakeview Dental Lab is based in Lehi, Utah, we can work with dentists as far away as New York, Chicago, and even India. We are already using CEREC Connect to work with dentists outside of Utah.
